Description of powers: Bazett's strongest asset is her physical strength and direct physical combat. She's an expert at hand-to-hand combat! She combines that with rune knowledge that enhances her already impressive strength, speed and the like, and of course strategy.
Bazett's bloodline also grants her access to a Noble Phantasm, Fragaratch.
Strength/Extent of powers: In terms of raw power Bazett is confirmed to be one of the strongest human characters in fate/universe! On a scale of 1 to 10 here are some stats

Stamina: 9
Strength: 8
Agility: 8
Endurance: 5
These are interpreted from a Tiger Colusseum graph so take these with a grain of salt but they're for my reference.
As far as mystic rune knowledge go we don't know what the full extent of it but Bazett uses them to enhance speed and strength! Notably in canon her gloves have runes drawn in the inside of them and she draws rune on the ground with her feet when she's close to an enemy to boost up speed or power of her attacks.
Fragarach always strikes first by changing the flow of time to rewrite events so that it makes it own strike against the enemy before the opposing move was ever made in the course of the world. IT IS THE ULTIMATE COUNTER-ATTACK
